Large Smudge Size: approx 18.5cm x 4.5cm
Instructions: Take a moment to set your intention, what are you wanting to achieve from this cleanse? Open the windows and doors of your house so the negative energy has somewhere to escape. Light the end of the smudge with a candle and blow out flame so it’s smoldering. Walk into each your room in a clockwise direction fanning the smoke into all areas. You may walk through the smoke to cleanse yourself. Ask your guide to remove all negative influences and bring joy and happiness. Say your intentions out loud as you continue to move from room to room.
The rest is up to you. A positive heart brings a positive mind.
