Large Smudge Size: approx 18.5cm x 4.5cm  Palo Santo Size: approx 10cm x 2.5cm
Instructions: Take a moment to set your intention. Open the windows and doors of your house so the negative energy has somewhere to escape. In the main room of the house light a candle. Light the end of the White Sage smudge with the candle and blow out flame so it’s smoldering. Walk into your rooms in a clockwise direction fanning the smoke into all areas. You may walk through the smoke to cleanse yourself. Ask your guide to remove all negative influences and bring joy and happiness. Say your intentions out loud as you continue to move from room to room. Repeat process with the Palo Santo starting in the main room.
The rest is up to you. A positive heart brings a positive mind.
